"The calls are always interesting and insightful, and the breakout rooms are such a good idea to further explore various topics in a friendly and supportive way.  It's difficult to explain how being a member of the club helps as a weekly evening meetup, but it really does in small, steady incremental steps. 

I've found that the compound effect of attending every week is hugely beneficial, and I really do notice when I haven't attended for a while due to other commitments.  I've achieved so much through being a member, it’s like compound positivity.
