Hi, we’re Hazel and Dennis

The very beginning of our journey marked a defining moment in our story. While Hazel was a music student and Dennis worked as a Croupier, we begun with just a couple of hundred pounds in the bank.

We scrimped and saved hard to raise funds to purchase our first home. Finally, in 1994, we were handed the keys to a property in northwest London, which became the foundation for everything we've achieved since.

We have been incrementally setting ourselves financially free since 2001, when we bought our first Buy-to-Let property. This was the seed that grew into a multi-million-pound portfolio, ultimately allowing us to ‘break free’ in 2012.

Since then, we launched and ran a successful property mentoring business, Why Property Works, helping others follow the same path. And from 2017, we've been riding the waves of the Cryptocurrency markets, which has accelerated our journey exponentially further.
 

We love nothing more than sharing our knowledge, wisdom and experience so that you can benefit from a ‘feet on the ground’ perspective and create the path to a life of freedom that’s right for you.
