We started this club because of what freedom has meant to us...

Having started from very humble beginnings and with nothing but a few hundred pounds to our name, we now own a multi-million pound property portfolio which affords us a lifestyle JUST like this.

There's nothing special about us, we didn't have a privileged upbringing and we worked HARD to get where we are now.

We've discovered, over the years, that it doesn't have to be as hard, or take as long...when you learn how to fill in the 'missing links' in your education.

The truth is, when you align with YOUR THING and WORK SMART...the RESULT is amazing!

You clear out years of old patterns and conditioning which have 'kept you playing small', you start to create your ideal life with much more ease, and you automatically feel more expansive...that anything is possible.

Travelling through an eclectic background together, Hazel as a musician and music teacher and Dennis moving from being a Croupier in a West End casino, into financial services, we also tried many different ways over the years to make extra money, 'chasing the dream'. Nothing much happened and we ended up actually losing a lot of time and money along the way. The funny thing is, we came to understand that the more you chase money, the more elusive it appears to be!

The one thing that had stood us in good stead was our love for all things property. We'd bought out first home in 1994, but it wasn't until 2001 that we bought our first BTL and we were hooked! It was the first time, from all the other money-making ideas we'd pursued, that we thought 'this is IT!'

We spent a decade building our property portfolio and encountered MANY ups and downs along the way...before finally becoming financially independent, the point at which our property income exceeded our living expenses.

That moment...was MONUMENTAL

Since then, 2011, we set up our own business, Why Property Works, and have coached hundreds of people on how to build a property business...many of whom have gone on to become financially free with our help.

During this time, we came to realise however, that for many, property was just NOT the way to go.

Whether it was life circumstances, the inability to raise funds, lack of transferable skills, or ONLY being interested in the money, there were far more people we couldn't help.

Fed up with seeing how the 'wealth creation industry' often leaves people 'high and dry' after having shelled out thousands for courses and programmes which are JUST NOT RIGHT FOR THEM, we've decided to do things differently.

The Freedom Club is a place for people to come, and fill in the gaps of their financial knowledge whilst creating a fulfilling lifestyle, without the usual stress and overwhelm of 'chasing the dream'.
